ABOUT

Kane Manfull

After coming to the realization that my junior varsity basketball career wouldn't carry me to the big leagues, I found an outlet to stay connected to the action through sports journalism. Camera, paper, or headset, I'll do it all.

Sports Broadcaster, Videographer, and Storyteller

My name is Kane Manfull, and I am a sophomore from Saint Charles, MO. For as long as I can remember, I have been addicted to sports. An addiction that stemmed from my family, a long line of multi-sport athletes. I grew up competitive, whether that be on the baseball diamond or fighting for shotgun in the car with my sister. That competitive upbringing made me work harder for what I wanted. Now, in high school, that work ethic is evident in my work.

Over my two years in the high school journalism world, my love for sports media has only grown. I now serve as the Hype Video Production Editor for our sports staff, where I oversee our livestream promotions and hype videos for all 19 high school sports. I am proficient in both Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, which allow for creative freedom in the editing field. I have won numerous awards for my video storytelling, sports videography, and on-camera presence.
